We do not create, upload, publish, edit, select, endorse, or control third-party content.

3. No Affiliation

SnapsDown is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Snapchat or Snap Inc.

4. Public Content Only

We only process publicly accessible content and do not bypass privacy controls.

5. Eligibility

Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract.

6. User Legal Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content they archive
• How archived content is used
• Compliance with copyright, privacy, publicity, and data protection laws

SnapsDown does not verify user rights to content.

7. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Service for harassment, stalking, copyright infringement, or unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All third-party content belongs to its original owner. SnapsDown claims no ownership.

9. No Duty to Monitor

SnapsDown has no obligation to monitor user activity or stored content.

10. Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable.

11. Data Storage

Stored content is deleted automatically after the retention period.

12. Disclaimers

Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

SnapsDown is not liable for:

• User misuse of archived content
• Copyright violations
• Privacy violations
• Defamation, harassment, or unlawful use
• Misuse outside the platform

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SnapsDown against legal claims resulting from misuse.

15. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We may disclose information when required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
